My Story...

​

Dr Jacqui Nicholson (she/her) grew up in regional NSW, and graduated from the University of NSW in 2012. She has recently returned to Sydney and is happily accepting new patients.

​

She aims to provide warm and compassionate care across all aspects of general practice, with subspecialty interests in gender affirming care, HIV/PrEP, sexual health, and reproductive medicine. She is currently studying a Masters degree in Sexual and Reproductive Health at Sydney University.

She applies the informed consent model for gender affirming hormone replacement therapy (masculinising and feminising, including insertion of oestrogen implants). She is also a trained S100 prescriber (including HIV medication and PrEP), and provides medical termination of pregnancy services.

Dr Jacqui marches with the Doctors' Float in the Mardi Gras Parade, and is a proud ally of the LGBTQIA+ community. In her spare time you’ll find her in a reformer pilates class or enjoying the outdoors with her young family and groodle.
