Dr Rob Page is a General Practitioner who has recently joined the team at East Sydney Doctors.
Originally from Western Australia, he grew up in mining towns in remote WA and the Northern Territory before settling in Perth to study medicine at the University of Western Australia. Upon graduating from medical school he moved to Sydney to work as an intern. He has worked as a doctor in Sydney and rural New South Wales since.
He has spent the past three years working as a GP in homeless health and Aboriginal health services. He has a keen interest in General Practice as well as sexual health, HIV medicine and addiction medicine. He is currently studying a Master of Public Health at Sydney University.
He is a keen runner, having completed several ultramarathons, and will talk ad nauseam about its physical and psychological benefits. He is also a volunteer surf life saver at Tamarama Surf Life Saving Club.
